Student wellbeing is also a core priority at AGS, ensuring every student feels valued, supported, and able to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Our pastoral system, supported by homeroom teachers, counselors, and grade leaders, provides consistent care, early intervention, and strong guidance. Key elements include a House System that builds belonging and teamwork, student surveys that ensure student voice is heard, and the FAZAA Team that promotes positive behavior and responsible choices. Positive Behavior Certificates recognize respect, kindness, and effort, reinforcing a positive school culture. Daily awareness sessions and enrichment activities support resilience, empathy, digital citizenship, and personal safety. Our Counseling Services offer confidential, accessible support through individual and group sessions, ensuring early intervention and continuous care in collaboration with families and staff, both in-person and online.
