Student Leadership at AGS
AGS is committed to developing confident, responsible, and community-minded leaders. Our student leadership program offers meaningful opportunities for students to contribute to school life, build essential skills, and represent their peers with pride and purpose.
FAZAA – Community Service and Social Responsibility
At AGS, our FAZAA program reflects the UAE’s national vision of service, unity, and social responsibility. FAZAA student leaders are dedicated to supporting the wider community through volunteerism, school-based service projects, and awareness campaigns. They collaborate with local organizations, lead charitable initiatives, and foster a culture of giving back among their peers. Through FAZAA, students develop empathy, leadership, and a strong sense of civic duty—core values that prepare them to become active, compassionate members of society.
Student Council
The Student Council represents the voice of the AGS student body. Council members are elected by their peers and meet regularly to discuss student concerns, propose ideas, and collaborate with school leadership. They take an active role in organizing school events, enhancing campus life, and strengthening communication between students and staff. Their leadership reflects the values of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.
House Leaders – Falcon, Oryx, Gazelle, and Scorpion
Each of our four houses—Falcon, Oryx, Gazelle, and Scorpion—is guided by a team of student House Leaders. These leaders are responsible for promoting school spirit, organizing inter-house competitions, and motivating their peers to embody the values of teamwork, resilience, and respect. From academic achievements to behavior and participation in school events, House Leaders help drive healthy competition and a sense of belonging across all grade levels.
